I like #2 because it has a foreground, middle ground, and background. 3 components of a well balanced and interesting photo.

One or three, but in all of them I think the moon is a distraction that draws the eye out of the scene. It's centered position doesn't help.

I can see why it's hard to decide on a favorite. However, for me, #2 is the favorite. The composition draws my eye in from the bottom left, ending up at the moon. Then my eye goes back down. Love the detail in the rocks at the bottom as well as the rest of it. This picture holds my interest.
