Number three 3 has in my opinion the best composition. 2 slits the composition between the lower rocks and the upper rocks.

I like #4, I think everything comes together best in this crop, it has interesting foreground elements, the perspective is very pleasing, as is the processing, the moon also gets a respectable presence in this!
