I have a friend who uses the P900 to capture Florida scapes and nature with very good results. I personally use a Canon SX60, shorter at the long end but I wanted the raw capability. If you expect to be happy with jpeg results only, I think you’ll be very pleased with the P900.

As an aside, for the true pornographer, the P900 is wonderful when you go to the nude beach!!

Other drawback is 1/2.3” sensor, so it will have limited high ISO performance.
