A question about a DxO option that has never worked for me?

That's because it's not there. Don't understand what's going on here.

Regardless of what camera you have, it should still be there, I would think

I'm out of my depth here guys. I have attached a screen capture of the pull-down menu I get. If you don't see this, I don't know what to think?!

Dave, are you on a Mac? I don't see why it would make a difference, I'm Windows 10
