I feel some comfert in the fact if our countries armies got over run the honest and legal people would have enough fire power to protect and fight back.

oh Archy, don't be getting nasty now, it doesn't look good on you and sinman, you can shut that piehole anytime.

82 people die by gun shot in this country everyday. Each and every day. In only 10 days enough people are shot and killed to eliminate a town of the size that i live in. And before you throw out some flippant reply here, put yourself in the shoes of someone that was next of kin to one of those 82 dead people and ask yourself is what you are about to say something you'd want to hear as you identify your dead relative.

Here's a link for those to lazy to look it up themselves but you'll have to do yer own math, and someone please tell sinman the answer...

See Archy, this is how you do it, not even my thread either...lol...guess you could call it stinkbait!

Let us compare that to:
Knives????
Cars
bicycles
motorcycles
cigarettes & booze kill more a day than "DRUGS"
boats
horse back riding
Oh here is one - deaths while working on the job
Ooooooo Truckers beware your job is going By By.

OK let us just outlaw everything that is killing people except "OLD AGE"

The judges often release the violatos back on the street and the lawyers use the plea bargain to get them free. The law enforcement officers are fighting a loseing battle. As far as Ted Nugent, he is a narcicist bag of wind and a wild game law violater who should not be allowed to have a hunting liscense any where in this country.

I too, have been teaching hunter ed since 1990 and NRA instructor/range safety officer. Ted has violated hunting laws and at the same he (at times) speaks eloquently about firearms and hunting. In Oregon, your penality for breaking wildlife laws may depend on what county you are in. In the Portland area you might get less of a penality than in the more rural counties. Firearms of the people is the weapon to prevent the tyrany of the governement. If people do not like what our Constitution gives in the bill of rights, then they do not have to live here.

You are sooo full of S#!T. Where did you go! USA? I think not! This is the kind of hit and run stuff I dislike on these threads...

wrr, This is YOUR quote from this thread... "What's not funny is the 85 people that were shot and killed in that massacre yesterday." That is what has everyone calling bullshit! from you. It is not true. There was no massacre let alone yesterday and certainly not in the USA from the link you posted. Also, the link you provided leaves out many details and some question's.
Many of those 30,000 (yr) killed are from criminals and their illegally obtained gun's off the streets. My question would be how many are killed from Legally obtained and registered by owner guns, such as those of us here own.

how many are criminals killing criminals? How about the average of over 100,000 times a year law abiding Americans use firearms to defend themselves against criminal attack? and wrlygirly you are NEVER gonna get me to shut up. how about the over 50,000 people a year getting killed in car accidents? should we have car control? a seven day waiting period before you can buy an asault suv? Opps once again i forgot logic and wrrly girly don't mix.
