A beautiful ship!!! Reminds me of the Vasa, a ship on display in its own museum in Amsterdam. Relics from another time.
Really nice Jerry!! Thanks for sharing them!

Ah! Very observant. I wonder how it came into that narrow creek (Rondout Creek) where it is docked. I doubt it has an engine.
The hull is fiberglass and thus the less than stellar color. It has twin 380HP - the only way to get it in the creek and docked. In those day of old, they always dropped anchor and rowed in.
Were you allowed on board Jerry?
We would have driven up to see it but had previous comittments.
Good photos.

Yes, but for $10, the outside was good enough for me.
Parking was a challenge. I went on Sunday, but could not park. A dozen or more cars were circling, waiting for a space. Even when I went back on Monday, it was tough to find a place to park.
Nice set Jerry, and I agree with everybody here but you! Lol! I think it's a beautiful ship.
And while the rigging looks ridiculously complicated it looks great to me as well.

I think it would look beautiful on the sea, with all sails full. At the dock, it was just a big brown/black blob. Sorry.

Good shots, Jerry!
Thanks. I'm glad I was finally able to get a parking space. : )
