I love these, Rowedean! First of all, I don't see cell phones. Everyone is watching, talking and just generally enjoying the day! Based on these shots I would guess there is a lot of community pride and spirit. You really captured this event so well that I almost feel like I was there!

Carol, you are absolutely correct. This is definitely a community affair and everyone comes out. The local Senior Citizen home sets up chairs on the curb and brings all the residents to watch. Some of the floats carry various past High School classes as they have a reunion. Much fun and I'm sure I will go again next year. Glad you enjoyed.

Every year Gunnison has Cattlemen's Days with rodeo and of course a parade. Here's a few quick shots.

Colorado Springs is the home of the Rodeo Hall of Fame and Museum, but this parade was in Gunnison, Colorado.
