I enjoy Digital Camera World an English magazine. Hard copy is good but I can download it digitally to my tablet for free via my city library using Zinio. Every now and then the software has a hiccup but overall it is good. The Australian magazine Camera is good and I can get it the same way.

There's still Shutterbug and Outdoor Photographer. However, in my opinion, the best photo mags are published in the UK - check them out at Barnes & Noble.
I'm a fan of Outdoor Photographer. It offers a nice mix of technical articles and location/subject articles. I periodically pick up Shutterbug, but I'm not enamored with it. You can sign up for e-mail subscriptions to most of the magazines and receive periodic e-mails with articles and useful links.
Outdoor Photographer has some good tips, but I mainly get it to give me something to aspire to. They don't kid around getting some magnificent shots.
Leica Fotographie
http://lfi-online.de/ceemes/ is maybe a shadow of what the print edition used to be, and is mainly a Leica advert, but it does have some good things in it.
One of my old faves, Linhof Technika, is no more

I would second the advice on Photo Plus. It is loaded with how to stuff for Canon cameras, and they do lots of testing of cameras, lenses, equipment, etc. If you want to look at absolutely gorgeous photography, look at Nature Photographer at BN.

Hi. I have been looking at this Forum for about three weeks and joined about a week ago.
I am an older photo taker going back to my old Petri that I bought in the Philippines in 1965.
Went to digital with a Sony Alpha7and moved to Canon three years ago.
I am curious as to which photo mags the other members read. I had subscribed to Pop Photo but that is now discontinued.
Any suggestions??
I get Shutterbug and Outdoor Photographer.
My suggestion is to go to the local book store or news stand, and see what photography magazines they have on the rack. Look at a couple of months and decide if you like the contents of the magazines. I tend not to read the magazines that are produced in the UK, many times the models of camera bodies they reference are not the same as the models we see here in the US, plus trying to convert the price from lbs to US currency is tricky.
