Which caves? All of them that I am aware of in that area, 50 mm is almost too long. One or two shots in Natural Bridge are worth the longer lens but requires a lot of light. The others as I remember, are smaller or closer, whichever, and a shorter lens works great there.

I also have a 7D. Both the 10-22 And the 25-70 are great. Actually, I'm thinking of investing in those myself. The ones I do have are an 18-55 a 28-135 and a couple of longer telephotos, one up to 250 and the other up to 300.
I do events for my AMVETS Post, (randolphamvetspost51.org) and I used the 18- as my goto lens for indoor work and my -135 for outside work. I do landscapes as well and use both for that work, too.So, for right now, those you have are great.
Just a thought.

We just visited San Antonia last weekend and enjoyed the Riverwalk and the five missions distributed along the Riverwalk. The Alamo is one of the missions but the others are well worth seeing. I took an m43 camera with a 12-32mm lens and most photos were taken at the 12mm end. I suggest taking the widest angle option. Enjoy the trip.
