No, but you can purchase Lightroom outright and have it on your computer. It is $149.00.

Is it supported and up-gradable?

In LR, the 'Develop' module stops working, but you can still view your images. I would suspect that PS quits working altogether. This subject has never concerned me, which is why I don't know the details. I don't intend to give up digital photography any time soon, which means I'll need software to post process. While I'm certain there are those that would argue the point, for me, the CC bundle is as good as it gets, so I'll not be thinking of cancelling the subscription.
A few years ago, I paid over $900 for a CS5/LR3 bundle from B&H. Then, the updates cost nearly $300/year. Now, for less than half the price those updates cost, I can get both tools that are automatically updated for free. Too good to pass up.

I upgraded to Lightroom 6 - it started at 6.0 and is now at 6.9. I have been able to upgrade it, but if there is a time that a 7.0 comes out you would have to purchase at the upgrade price. I think the upgrade price from 5-6 was around $80 or $90.
You are purchasing a monthly use license after the last month you pay for it doesn’t function anymore.
B&H sometimes offers a yearly subscription to Adobe CC for the price of 9 months of the monthly.

All the scuttle from Adobe says there will NOT be a stand alone version after 6. Some think they will change their mind for some reason X. The question for many that prefer the SA version, do you want to get struck forever with SA 6, only fixes and no new function.

Yes, I know what you mean. I'm really tempted to get roped into paying $130 a year to do what I do now for free.
There are loads of processing programs - free and low cost - that will be fine for me if my LR6 ever becomes unusable.

Jerry, you know Murphy's law, when you least expect it, the free will stop working. I do just enough commercial stuff such that risking a job using free tools, that crap the bed, doesn't make sense. I prefer a well serviced tool set, and well worth ten bucks a month. It's also my hobby and therapy and prefer zero interruptions. A shrink costs ever more.
Besides, we are both older than dirt and you can't take it with you. :)
Instead of listening to people who do not what they are talking or just like to start rumors, call Adobe. If you do not want to do that, canecell and find out and let us know.

Call them all you want, you will not get a direct answer. They are still struggling internally with this decision. Lots of marketing/support decisions are involved. Like many companies, they leaked no more SA versions after 6 to test the water.

I wouldn't think so. The whole premise of CC is a constant money flow from your card to the Adobe bank account. Sorry to have this happen. You might want to contact Adobe, if you have the patience to wait for customer service. Good luck.
