Join a good camera club where they judge photos taken by the members. This will give you an idea about the quality of your photos. Accept any and all criticism. If the club has members only judging, that is not good enough. Friends are not good judges of your work. Do not show photos that are of poor quality. The photos you posted here are not good quality.
What makes the photos I posted here not "good quality"? What would you do to make them better? I've only been really serious about my work for a little over a year, and just got my new camera a few months ago. Most of my work thus far has been via a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I've been learning by trial and error with my camera. Can you show me some of your work?

Could I see some examples of your work? You actually had some good advice up until the last sentence.
Honesty is always good advice.
smugmug, facebook, domain name, and a free web site like wicks. For lest then $100. you in business and the business cards. Going to art fairs is going to cost you big time in the long run. I have over $5,000 in the set up I have
www.bbnpb.com Look on youtube for the type of business you want to do, great info. Did you know every time I put my domain name on here it help me in search on the web to find me on the web. Always start with
www. and use .com,
www.snapshots2010.com 2010 is when I started in this type of photography. My life long work was art by hand was ever good to me. N. Rockwell got me into photography back in the 50s why he would take a picture then paint it his way. Then W. Disney and copyrights "This can not be reproduced in any form".
He got me for broking Mickey tail to put on T shirts. To get around copyrights that is why he put "any form" on paper. You can take any photo and change it and that dose away with copyrights. That is why I'm a green screen photography. But when you take a photo he have a copyright why you took it. Well that's it for todays bull. anGODbless
If you end up going with smugmug. Make sure you use a member here that has an account so that both of you get a discount off your subscription. If you need a site, feel free to use mine (click on my user name to find my smugmug website).
Caveat if your decision is to use Facebook to promote your work you need to be aware that you may not get the best representation of your work on there, due to the limits on Facebook.
If your goal is to establish and on line presence, or upload your work on line, one thing I would suggest is to look and compare the usual suspects, Smug Mug, Flickr. I will add Zenolio to the mix for comparison. I am a Zenfolio user. Zenfolio provides you a great way to have a source to upload your images in the event you wish to or need to download your original uploaded images. Zenfolio also offers you the option to start your own blog, the blog is easy to start and no coding or complex codes are required.
https://en.zenfolio.com/product/features/compare-by-plan If you wish is to print your work and sell your work, without or in addition to a web setting take you best work and look for craft fairs or exhibitions in your area. Some areas have competitions that will also allow you to showcase or share your work.
You have to decide which of the ideas will work best for your needs.
