When you include areas where no immigrants live, of course the figures will be skewered as this study shows. All crime is local thus the statistics need to be local as well. Maybe the statistics for LA would be a better example to use. Bottom line is that you are using cherry picked info to bolster your opinion and thus are making false assumptions as well.
