Our Used Return Policy is essentially the same as our Return Policy for new items. Thank you Linda From Maine for posting the link to the Used Return Policy.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Limited Liability
B&H is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. B&H is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

B&H and Adorama have the best return policies of any online companies I have ever work with. They even give you a shipping label.

That's why I like Amazon, too. I pay the shipping if I just change my mind, but if there is a problem with the product, they email me a prepaid label. With private sellers on Amazon, you pay the shipping regardless of the reason for the return.

Also check for the refurb you want at Cameta Camera - 30 day return period - no restocking fees - and refurb body given full year warranty like a new body

I use them for all refurbs. Nice friendly folks. 1 year warranty is also great.

Unless the item was sold through prime I got glove liners which tore the first time I used them Amazon sent me a shipping label to return them to seller. no problems and refunded

Both seem to have extremely fair return policies.. But call them. They will answer all of your questions.

I have dealt with Amazon many times with no problems. Their return policy is great and you don't even have to talk to anyone: it is all handled through e-mail. Being a resident of Florida I must pay 7.5% tax on all purchases, which most of the times kills the deal and discount advantages. No tax with either Adorama or B&H!
