I like the idea of a curio cabinet; we all have old stuff laying around; could have our own version of a museum or an antique store, however you'd want to refer to it; I have a whole cabinet drawer full of old camera gear for bookends - have over ten bookcases full of books now I hardly ever look at and a lot more in boxes in the garage - gotta love old cameras and books!
That is very cool! I like the idea you can change them out. Cheers.

And if you use the tripod mount hole with a 1/4-20 countersunk fastener from the bottom you can change out the cameras as desired.
I would assume that is what he did. How else would he attach the cameras to the boards, super glue?
Really clever, Jack! Looks great!

In that case you will be happy to know that it is not a Leica.
Thanks everyone for your compliments, and I might add that no camera's were rendered unusable during this project.... if film ever makes a startling comeback, the camera's can promptly be put back into use (but I ain't holding my breath).

Very creative. But I still enjoy using my 35mm!
