I called Adobe support today and altho they were helpful a problem occurred. They could not access my computer remotely. Tried several times with both Firefox and IE. I use Zone Alarm and had that turned off. Can anyone think of a reason that may have happened? I have a case number and they told me to call back. Any ideas? Would Google Chrome have been the better choice?

Have you tried describing the issue on any forums like here or the Adobe sponsored ones?

Seems to me you are utterly lost when it come to computing looking at your past post history from printer to all adobe products.

Ask a kid in your area and he will fix it in seconds.

Most remote support uses Logmein, Teamviewer or another specialized software that does not depend on a browser. Don't know why they would have problems. Then, of course, it is Adobe.

Maybe a link below will help. If it were me, I would contact Adobe again. You'll get a different agent, and the connection might go through right away.

This number for Adobe works. I called them last week, with a Lightroom issue and they were able to remote access my IMac and sort out my issue.

Good to know! I'm putting it in my Samsung S7 speed dial. Hope it doesn't make it blow up!
