Hi everyone. I have been a creative since high school. My career has involved photography, advertising prop making, silk screen, lithography, graphic design and IT project management.
Currently I am unemployed and really enjoy my photography. I enjoy capturing the landscapes and people I meet.
I have a gripe with my latest camera -- it is a Sony a6000. I love the camera! I lose the eyepiece constantly and dislike purchasing new ones. I would like to know if anyone has figured out how to prevent this from happening?
Thanks.

This also happened to another person on this forum with another brand camera. Glue it as already suggested, and save money on replacements.
Have yet to lose mine, but a dab or two of clear silicone would do it. Very small dab. Can be messy to clean. Rubber cement would be second choice.

Have contacted Sony or a local dealer?
I will give gluing the eyepiece on a try, it will save ordering new ones, I say new one because I always order to replacements. It is one of weaknesses of the A6000. The factory Sony charge is pitiful also. This one fantastic camera those shortcomings aside.
