Can't help it Tom if you know little about our constitution, the SOTUS Home page even addresses the fact that it has no constitutional authority, they cover it with some liberal bullshit spin as our government seems to do these days.
Now Tom, if you read the opening post of this thread the OP is belittling gun owners for their fear of a liberal court, there is no need for repeal, if you read the Heller decision you can see quite clearly how a liberal court will resolve the issue, they will severely limit or make guns illegal, the liberal position on the court is that there is no individual right to own or posses arms....
