If Hillary wins .... the U.S.A. is done.

The U.S.A. is done?

Didn't you guys say the same thing about Obama? That America would be completely destroyed if Obama was elected? Some sort of combination of Islamic Sheria Law and a UN One World Commie takeover, and we would all be either dead or in internment camps guarded by UN troops and/or his Muslim terrorist buddies? De-gunned? Nothing left of capitalism?

Instead, all economic indicators are vastly better since Obama took office. Not only has capitalism not been outlawed, the stock market has more than doubled and corporate profits have been at all time highs while unemployment is down to 4.9%. Not only did he not take your guns, but record gun purchases year after year...

Now that it is obvious that the UN NWO and Sharia Law takeover ain't gonna happen before Obama is out of office, the wingers have changed their shrill prediction to saying that the plan is actually to have Hillary carry out and complete the plan of destruction.

Why should we believe you this time that the sky is falling?

Obama is going to slip Sharia law in, like in December, with a "forever" binding Executive Order.

Right after he declares martial law for no reason, then declares himself Potentate For Life....

Ya think tRump's dreams are a nightmare...

Yes, I agree, whoever wins this election will never have the full support of the citizens of this country, the division will be worse than ever, worse than it is now.

For all those Constitutional American Patriots® out there harping that Hillary is going to repeal the 2nd amendment, here is what's required to repeal a constitutional amendment. You will notice that the president has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PROCESS.

Article V, US CONSTITUTION -

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress.

It takes 66% of the entire Congress, or 66% of all the states, to propose an amendment to the US Constitution. THEN it takes 75% of all the states to agree to the amendment to the US Constitution.

But go ahead and keep LYING that Hillary is going to repeal the 2nd Amendment! Just like you LIED that Obama was going to repeal the 2nd Amendment!

There used to be a time in the USA when a man would be ASHAMED to be caught in a lie, but today's republican wears LYING like a regal crown.
For all those Constitutional American Patriots® ou... (show quote)

KD, what is your take on the notion that a Constitutional Convention could through a single amendment replace the entire Constitution or restore the original Articles of Confederation (who remembers what it said).

No one thinks she is going to get rid of the 2nd Amendment outright. But what she will do is load the Supreme Court with liberals that will ignore the Constitutions clear declaration of "NO INFRINGMENT" and make decisions that will pick away at the 2nd Amendment until it is virtually worthless. Just like Obama has ignored the constitution and used executive orders to circumvent congress. Democrats have long acknowledged that the will use incrementalism to pick away at laws until they get what they want. Not to mention that she clearly said that that is her goal.

I can only think by your reply that you believe Hillary will be able to circumvent the amendment process (with her lying skillz) and get rid of the second amendment.... where is the hypocrisy? BTW, all politicians lie... this is old news.

She'll do it by appointing Supreme Court justices who think their job is to make new laws vs. interpreting the Constitution. Sorry the regressives are too dim to understand how that works.

No, a president cannot repeal or amend the Constitution.

But by picking the "right" people for the Supreme Court who will rule from beliefs/politics rather than the Constitution itself the same results can be achieved.

If you've ever been to the National Archives in Washington, D.C. and seen the original copy of the Constitution and ask the Guards very nicely, they will turn the display around so you can view the back. There in Thomas Jefferson's handwriting is the following:

FEEL FREE TO CHANGE AT ANY TIMES, ASSHOLES.

The Wisconsin State Fair used to have a cow chip throwing contest. (They may still have it for all I know - haven't been there for quite a while).

Nevertheless, the objective was to throw a (mostly) dried cow pie, with points gained for distance in the air, distance including roll and size of the remainder after pieces broke off during the process. There were two categories of competition - Professional for politicians and Amateur for the rest. There was quite a number of congressmen who participated year after year.
