Thanks very much Greg, nice to hear from you. You got plenty of daylight now, you can mow the lawn at midnight. Lol. We stayed in Whitehorse in a motel once and my wife wakes me up asking what is all that noise it was 2am, I looked out the window and there was the gardener mowing the lawn.

We are enjoying the long hours of daylight. One can definitely lose track of time here in the summer.

Thanks for posting. I love those giant trees and your images are excellent. While I appreciate the skill in fashioning a house out of the giant trunk,it seems a shame to trivialize a magnificent tree by creating something cute.

A great place for a summer visit.

Great series! Love them all, the comparison shot really does a great job showing the scale of those trees!
Thanks for sharing!

Great shots of those magnificent trees. I have not seen the tree houses, but remember driving through that tree before they charged for driving through the woods.

Thank you very much, there are stairs inside these and the kids love to play around. Hey, that would also be great as a duck blind.

Very nice. We were up at Prairie Creek State/National Redwood Park about 3 years ago. I love the place. Only problem is the 5 hour drive. We stopped by that place on the way home last time. Now I want to go again. Thanks for the memories.

Great shots of those magnificent trees. Those tree stumps would have taken a heck of a lot of hollowing out to make the tree house.

I had to take an early retirement four years ago from Yosemites Mariposa grove of giant Sequoias after nine incredible years as a Tram driver/Tour guide.

I never knew that a job could be so much fun. I lead over 4500 tours there and found something new every time.
