Northern California's Redwood country.
A great place for a summer visit.
Nice pics...
I've never seen the big tree's in northern CA but I've been to Yosemite and there's some pretty big ones there.
I was actually amazed at how big the average tree really was. It was around dusk when we were preparing to leave and before departing decided to visit the rest rooms. I asked a park ranger where the rest rooms are and his reply, just keep going until you come to the big tree, then turn left. At first I thought he was joking, they're all big trees. Then I came to the BIG tree...
You buy the big tree stump house, Mike, and I'll buy the small one behind it. We'll be like the Keebler Elves with cameras.
I have never seen these in real life even though I lived north of San Fran for 9 months. On my bucket list. Cheers.

Thank you very much, near Yosemite you have some huge trees in Sequoia NP. These were taken in Humboldt county north of San Francisco.

Thank you very much John, I might wake you up with my snoring. LOL. I think they are actually doing OK as there is an entrance fee to get in there.

Thank you very much for commenting, don't miss it the next time.
Love the tree stump house! What could be cooler than that? And presumably the neighbors are quiet, lol. Great shots as always!

Thank you very much Randy, would be a great way to solve the housing shortage, just cut down some trees.
