So what happens if my 10 year old daughter goes into the woman's bathroom and a male who feels like a woman goes in behind her. Would I have the right to follow her into the woman's bathroom as I am her father if I feel she is threatened and exposed to this person? Would I get in trouble?i say that no matter what..the plumbing you were born with determines the plumbing that you use to relieve yourself. It really is very simple!

You pose a valid question about protecting your daughter. In my opinion, you should have the right to protect your daughter but you shouldn't have the right to go into the ladies room if you are a man. The plumbing analogy would and has solved the problem for a long time. Why change to suit a minuscule percent of society? If you feel like a woman you have a problem. Don't cause a greater problem for everyone else.

Hi Wrangler, your not a Brit are you. lol. I am, and I think this is a great question. The law is an ass, more so now than ever. I can be arrested for using my DSLR in areas where thousands of others are taking shots with their mobile phones. I could be a Ghurkha who has served the British army for years and not be allowed to live here, whereas as an illegal Syrian muslim migrant I could. I could take photos of your daughter and photoshop naughty things on to it and then post it online and just get a caution whereas if I peed up a lamppost I would get a fine or possible prison sentence, if I were a muslim I wouldn't even be charged, maybe be rewarded with a new mobile phone. lol.

Women's bathrooms have stalls and privacy in the stalls. I've traveled parts of the world where there was only one bathroom but they had individual stalls and both men and women used the same room. Takes a little getting use to fro us westerners but it does work. The last person I would worry about using a women's bathroom is a true LGBT female who happened to be born a male. These people would be absolutely no threat to other ladies in the bathroom. What bothers me is companies stating that anyone can use any bathroom no matter weather they were male or female. I think there is an expectation of privacy in either bathroom facility for both men and women and those who are LGBT.
