What would happen if I were in Manhattan and had to relieve myself, walked up to a fire hydrant and and did so. I would think that I would be arrested. Upon going to court, I would state that I felt like a dog. Would the court find me not guilty because I have the right to be a dog if I felt like it?

In most states dog have no civil rights as they are considered property.
As for peeing on a fire hydrant in NYC, I guess it depends on where and when.
Just because you feel like a dog doesn't make it so, you're still a person who pissed on a fire hydrant.

It's not using the ladies room to relieve yourself that is the issue.
It's when men go into the ladies room to change, flashing or just your average sexual predator who can finally stalk inside the ladies room peeping around.
One of the things a man can do is go into the ladies room, yell to everyone that your t*********r and start taking pics of everyone doing their thing. You don't even have to dress like a woman, just walk in with a suit and tie and see how that works out.
