I'm trying to get better at macro/high-speed photography of water drops. I have a long way to go, but like this one. Fill my time anyway :)

Both are excellent! Congrats!

I don't know if I'm doing this correctly, but am adding three new shots from today. Finally got a couple shots that look like little crowns. They are black in the center because the pan has a black plastic bag as a lining, holding the water. Tomorrow I'll try white plastic...

Wow, those are GREAT!

3rd of your second upload is great. Not sure a white liner would be better, love the black

Still water drops... just not the kind I really want to get!

Oh, but they are fun to get. That's what I want also, but with little reflections of other things showing in them. Have to try that!

For those of you who are really interested in water drop photography, check out Martin Waugh's work at
www.liquidsculpture.com. He is a master at this and there is an excellent article in the September issue of Rangefinder Magazine.

Thanks for the link!
