I've been dealing with keh for at least 10 years and I've never had a problem. They grade very conservatively so even a bargain camera or lens is in good condition and one rated EX is almost like new.

I have been dealing with KEH four years and have always had great service. Their grading is excellent.

I think better than the others though BH and Adorama are very close to them

Hey Jerry hows it going I haven't been on in awhile had a bad case of the doldrums last year but have finally pushed myself back to normal things worked out with this moved and I am still happily married we worked our way through it.

I haven't sold to them as I have a really hard time letting go of anything, but I did just give my Soy Cybershot to my future brother in law so I am working on it

Not only have I had more than satisfactory results (every single item seemed at least one grade better than listed) BUT when their system was hacked recently, they went to great measures to tell people about it and even provided a free year of credit ratings to keep track of any glitches caused by the hackin----I ssy NEVER worry when dealing with KEH

I bought a Nikon D800 from them a couple years ago. It was DOA. They replaced it with a D800E that, I'm sure was graded higher than the D800 I had chosen.
I don't even know how much I have bought from them over the last 10 years or so.
Just a great company.

Bought many item from them, very conservative grading system. Never had a bad experience,
