Wow I had to replace a Tamron 28mm - 300mm lens that I dropped, when the replacement arrived I was gone for 3 weeks so today I opened it and the base was in pieces even throw a month and a few days went by they are sending me a replacement and as they dont have the same one in stock they are sending me the new one that has an even wider range, done alot of business with them and I advise any one to check them out, they have great deals and fast efficient staff.

I bought my LUMIX G X-Vario 35-100mm f/2.8 zoom from KEH. It looked like it had never been used, and it performs flawlessly. I saved hundreds.

they even send everything Fed-Ex at least where I am at, not one complaint I have and the used lenses are great especially if you dont mind older lenses, I got my Nikon 800 from them and they threw in a 3 year warranty for free though the camera was like new so fingers crossed wont need to use it

I bought a Sigma 105 Macro OS lens from them about 3 weeks ago. First item I ever bought from them and paid $487 which was cheaper than a new lens by about $150. Sigma was also giving a $350 rebate on the lens. The lens sells new for around $950. (The $487 is an accurate amount the others are from memory and are close enough). It was rated as Ex with both front and back lens caps and case. Well it came in the original box and if it was ever used I can not say. Needless to say I was more than pleased. I have also bought quit a bit of equipment from B&H and they also been an excellent supplier with ratings that are terrific for us consumers.

yes the rating is at the low end I have bought some that were rated fair and they came looking barley used, I agree BH, Adorama, are also fantastic and stand behind everything that they sell

I have used KEH for years and never have been disappointed.
