Are you living in an alternative universe? The FBI does not involve itself in trivial matters. They are investigating weather or not Hillary disregarded security regulations regarding her use of a private server and if the use of that server is a violation of security laws. Therefore Hillary IS under FBI investigtion.

Excellent question, and definitely food for thought, before entering the voting booth. Me, I'm still hung up on Benghazi and her failure to see what most of us here could see, that on the anniversary of 9/11 there would definitely be problems with our embassies in muslim countries, so be prepared. Especially when the ambassador had requested additional security and was summarily ignored. If she couldn't address something as simple and as obvious as that, why should we put our fate in her obvious lack of ability to protect a whole country when she couldn't safeguard one single embassy?

:thumbup: And the FBI only does criminal investigations! If they are "looking into a matter" it means there is reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed and they will search for evidence to support a charge. If they find some then a recommendation will be made to the justice department to prosecute.
