Is there anyone who is knowledge about FBI or CIA parameters for hireing new employees? If a new applicant is under FBI investigation for possible violation of handling of classified material, would that disqualify his employment. Would such a person be granted a security clearance? Just curious

It depends on who you are?

Polygraph and drug test. A complete Background check.
College degree. Even a GS-4 position!

That's a lifestyle poly for the agency. Don't know about FBI. Science or engineering degree helps a lot depending on what position you're interested in. With a BS, or engineering degree, you can probably start at a GS12, 13, or 14.

Background check? Would that rule out some onewho is under FBI investigation for possible mishandling classified material?

Theoretically!! But don't be too hard on Hilleary--I've know lots of high level agency officials who have taken classified material home. Not recommended by me but it's done.

They would absolutely not be hired by either the FBI or CIA if they were under investigation for what you said!

It should be noted that Hillary is not under investigation!

Actually, Clinton is not under FBI investigation. The inquiry to which Bush refers revolves around the private email server Clinton used while serving as secretary of state. And it is not a criminal investigation.

Instead of making shit up practice saying Madam President

If the person was not disqualified in the application screening process, he would nevertheless not be hired as a result of not passing the interview.

I have a couple of steadfast rules:

1. When buying online or bidding on eBay, I NEVER buy anything from people or businesses in New York or Florida. I've been burned too many times. (I also have to think twice before purchasing from anyone in New Jersey or California)

2. When voting, I NEVER, EVER vote for a democrap. When a democrap is running unopposed, I write in and vote for a cartoon character.
