I have purchased from them many times and have never been anything but completely satisfied. I highly recommend doing business with them. Great company.

My entire Nikon stuff is from KEH. D800E, 16-35, 24-120, 70-200, 70-300. Except the 200-500, I bought new.

A good deal of my Pentax stuff is also from KEH. I have never had any problem.

The only glitch was when I bought the D800E, I actually purchased a D800. It didn't work. I called KEH and the cross-shipped a D800E for the same money and used quality.

Their stuff they rate bargain(BGN) always works really well and can be a huge money saver.

You can trust B&H, Adorama, KEH, and Cameta Camera, all about equally. I've never had issues with any of them. Always read ads carefully, to know what you're getting.

DO stay away from 42nd St. Photo. They get universally shady reviews from most folks here.

I have bought cameras and lenses from KEH for the past 10 years or so. They consistently rate their gear lower than it actually turns out to be. By that I mean, when they rate a product as Fair or Good, and you receive it, it turns out to be what I would consider in Excellent condition especially for the price.

They are based out of Atlanta and that southern charm leads to great customer service (at least in my dealings with them) and have they a showroom there and also handle repairs. In fact, their repair pricing system has changed recently they now charge only a flat rate of $250 for ALL repairs to include parts. Their website (keh.com) has more info on that.

KEH is always my first recommendation to folks looking for new or used gear. Hope this helps.

I have purchased 6 or 7 items from them Going back 30 or so years I bought a 80mm hassy lens. The last Item was 2 months ago, a panasonic 14-42mm II lens. They are NUMBER ONE and the first place I look. Always better than described.

I have bought a lot from them and the gear always looks better then how it was listed

Have always read KEH sends better than rated gear out.

Their Bargain (BGN) rating means the item works and there may be slight impact on images.

I could care less what my "daily user" gear looks like, so I always buy KEH bgn rated and always get better than anticipated.

I get the benefit of extremely low prices and the images get captured quite well.

My 1977 Chevrolet truck looks like shit (no straight panels anywhere), but it always starts and I always get to my destination on time.

Anything better is a waste of money!!! :evil:

I have sold and purchased from KEH and never had a problem. Their equipment ratings and return policy are good.
