You will find a lot of information on the Cotton Carrier by just using the forums search function. They are built like a tank, really rugged and well worth the price. I am not sure about the cheap plastic comment, as it is far from that. I believe the camera would brake before the carrier.

I previously stated a dislike for the products "packaging" alone. I never even bothered to open any further than the shipping Box....unfair? True-that. I never even put on the THING.. RJM

I love my Cotton Carrier. I found it invaluable when hiking around and photographing in White Pocket, Utah. Very versatile. Comfortable to use, and allowed me to switch back-and-forth between my two cameras very easily and securely. I also used just the chest carrier while hiking the Narrows in Zion. I was able to easily grab my camera for shots while hiking knee-deep in the river where working out of a backpack would have been impossible. It was also much more preferable to a camera strap which would have allowed the camera to swing back-and-forth while hiking. This is a great product and certainly worth considering by those who do a lot of hiking while doing photography.

I just bought one and received it Monday via the BROWN TRUCK but haven't had a chance to really use it. I've been walking around at work wearing various lenses but I can't really speak from actual use. I did get strange looks from my staff but they are used to me by now.

I did find that I had to adjust the vest to ride a little lower as it was pressing on my hiatal hernia causing quite a bit of discomfort. At this level with my 100-400 in the middle spot, it pressed a little too much south of the border.

The additional carrier definitely needs to be secured to your belt or it is quite awkward to unhook the camera from the holding clip. One web site recommends adding additional velcro to make this easier.

I'll not have time this weekend to try it in a field situation. Maybe next week.

Happy shooting

not selling mine, I always take a macro lens on second camera, heavy camera and lens goes on the chest piece and the lighter macro and camera go on the holster.

Glad to see a lot more positive comments than the one who didnt even take it out of the packaging !!!. but then he did come back and comment that he was being unfair to it.
Regarding the "looking like a nerd" I have had people looking from the back who think its a weapon carrier , not nerdlike at all. I love mine and wouldnt go on a trip without it.

Has anyone tried out the two-camera cotton carrier vest? If so, what are the pros and cons. Is anyone interested in selling their
two camera vest?

Have it, use it for toting 2 cameras and find it very useful for long days out.
