There are more and more videos on what features it has but search google to see what what is current. Nikon must have an answer to Sony and Canon's newest offerings.

I did search Google and got this.

Oops! Double post.
But while I'm here I'll also mention that I wouldn't expect anything major while Nikon is still two months away from shipping the new D5.

When a new model is released that has a feature that will improve your output by 10% or more you may want to consider it if you are a professional. If not, I wouldn't upgrade with every offering, but instead look into better/more glass. Both are great cameras. Best of luck.

I have the D810 and the 36 mp is wonderful. I often find the image I want within the image and crop. I then enlarge without any issues. I could not do that with the 24 mp 750... The D810 is just a better camera without listing all the differences addressing all the particulars specific to image quality. I am not really interested in wifi or video or the differences in fps which are sufficient for most wildlife which is more of a lens combination issue. BUT if you can wait!!! There is a 45 mp D850 out in August of this year.

I chose the 810 over the 750 for some of these same reasons. Also the more rugged build and weather resistance. The 750 is the perfect camera for many, it just doesn't fill my personal wants/needs.

IMHO, the 810 is worth the extra $$$.....for me

And then I find this:

What makes this plausible is that there is a 50 MP Canon and 42 MP Sony already out on the market. These are real pressures. And over the last 16 years one thing is for sure - the trend is more MP. The new D5 jumped from 16 MP to 20.4 - it is the trend!

would it be an advantage to trade a d750 for a d810, to keep both, or to keep the d750 and forget the d810. shoot mostly wildlife and landscape.

I have the D600 24MP and the D800e 36MP.
It's simple the D800e is a far better camera in all Image Quality.

I started with a D1x in 2001 and then upgraded as each new model came along; D2h, D2x, D2hs and then D700 for my first fx sensor model.
The menus and controls of those cameras became second nature to me.
When I got my D750, I had to relearn which menu is located where to maintain manual control. There's enough difference in menus and interface between the "pro" D800, 810 and the "not quite pro" D750 to warrant consideration.
That covered, I LOVE my D750 for its quality 1080p video and 24mp high-iso stills. 4K would be nice. If and when Nikon introduces one that shoots 4K and is as reasonably priced as the D750, I'll buy it, despite the menu interface issues I continue to adapt to.

Last I knew this was still in the rumor stage. Got anything to back that up?
