I looked in here to give my condolences. Sorry but I don't find the title amusing.

me to. That's why I am confused.
I think it was referring to the actual photo itself
the middle lady bug/bird looks to be dead and the other 2 are alive and mourning their friend/family member.( or so it seems ,depending on how one sees this picture)
I thought the same thing that someone had lost a loved one and was confused at first by the picture, but a closer look explained it better.
It was just Parisd1's interpretation of what he saw
.no harm was meant to be had
everyone looks at things in a different way
.
and as to our so called nursery rhymes
they are scary some of them
.yet we still sing them to our kids
.

Your spastic finger is excused....
I have the shakes so bad sometimes I can't control the mouse.
My right hand has now joined my left in severity. It is inherited, because my grandfather had the same thing...but he could still shoot the eye out of a squirrel with a .22.
Thank you stubbynose, it was that the middle ladybird was dead and the other two appeared to be trying to move it or indeed eat it!
Your most welcome
.. :)
Just trying to shed some light on this one as to where you were coming from with the title
..once others see that there is another way of looking at something they will have an Awwww
moment (I hope)
the way we word things can come across so differently to everyone
.interpretation is just another form of photography
. we can look at the same picture ,yet we can have several different thoughts about it
. it's a great thing because if we all looked at things the very same how boring it would be!!!
