No problem Norman It,s a programme called Imikimi,just type in your browser imikimi.com and you should get it,also its free and there are some brilliant ideas on there.

i use photoshop cs5 and i also have an addon called pixel bender. all the work was done in CS5, i also added a textered background to it and them blended the 2 layers together.

I only have Photoshop 7, so many of these new-fangled, quicker things and/or actions etc., are not available to me.
