Oh, it is a 656nm filter that's super for all the Nebulas. Get busy man as soon as we get some clear skies in So Cal.
OK. Clear skies are not my problem, not where I live. Dead mount is a large problem.

Uhh, yeah. I said that, and a few more expletives. But worse is trying to get the company off it's butt.

After I sent another email two days of no hearing anything later,
Elena fired off a bunch of replies, a shipping label, Et Al...
In an 11 minute period fully an hour and a half after they were "Closed".
Thursday morning at 10:00, I delivered it to the UPS Store.
The mount was in their hands as of 09:50 Friday (10-02-15).
And I sent an email to let them know that I know it is there. Which was confirmed.

If you reach the LAST RESORT.
Let me share a personal experience...it may help you now or in the future but in my case, the squeaky wheel did get the grease. My Drobo (hard drive) failed. After attempts to get help from Drobo ended at a dead end, I searched their TWEET site and begin tweeting my frustrations @drobo. After a dozen tweets over two days I got a call from Drobo asking me if they could help and a promise they get things right - but to please backoff of the tweets. I got their undivided attention and help and ultimately got the Drobo fixed...quickly. After all was said and done, one of their marketing staff called me and ask if I could say (tweet) something nice about Drobo once they fixed it.
I have attached a screen shot of a few of the tweets. I don't have that many followers either. less than 1000......mostly photographers but Drobo knows that retweets can spread. I hope you don't have to use it....but should you find yourself at witts end......follow me on tweet (we should all stick together and follow each other) and if you should have a problem....let me know and I will retweet it. All of my followers will see your issue. You can also go to their facebook page and post your concern. The key is to be civil - concerned - frustrated - but nice.
