So glad Icky Kitty has finally decided to pose for a portrait. She is certainly a sweet looking kitty

Thank you, she has been a wonderful cat. And she puts up with me using her as a lighting subject every once in a while. She gets treats for that!

Beautiful job with your kitty Norman. I had to laugh at your story. We have 2 or 3 cats that try to wake us up every morning about that time. Feeding them helps for a little while, but afterwards, they're back in bed with us but this time they want to play. Again...beautiful kitty and great job on the portrait.

Thank you. Sounds like you have your hands full, too.

I named her Icky because she stomps on my head every morning between 3 and 5 a.m. telling me it's time to get up. I love her in spite of the name I gave her. I saw several cat pictures here lately so I decided I would post one. I set up a little photo studio around her on our bed and used 3 flashes for this shot and a very shallow depth of field. Not a great shot, but now Icky kitty is finally on the HOG.

that's a very nice shot of icky norman...great job.

I like her most of the time. At other times, I tolerate her.

Cute cat on your profile! I think this will be my first and last cat post here on the HOG.

Nice looking cat. Looks very much like our "Geordie", who was a rescue cat we got from a shelter. He won't jump on the bed unless he can have it all to himself. He's a cat right? We are "staff" :)

Lovely portrait, I like the way you captured her eye also.
