Mine are people who come here and outright lie. Claim to be professional, working for publications, then post images that are no more than snapshots..These people have to have their daily dose of attention by saying or doing whatever it takes to get it.

What about the ones that "borrow" other photographers images and post them as their own and when called on it, still try and lie and say the images are theirs.

I was unaware there was an age limit on here. But I could imagine what others would feel like if they fit the categories people are listing off. I'm not trying to start something, just found it to be different than what my first impression was.

I think all forums on the internet require an age limit of "adult", not that 18 means that, but that is the adult age limit.
It seems that most of us agree with you! its been fun reading my own pet peeves ha!

* The under 18 rule was on the Terms of Service Page you agreed to as well as on the Rules thread at the top of the forum.

* People are having fun, that is what we do here. If you are so thinned skinned that a simple "what is your Pet Peeve" thread has your panties in a bunch, I suggest you not open it. And DON'T ask for C&C on your images, cause you'll take that way to personal.

Very true. But in my book, it's a good idea to get it as close as you can to what you (think you) saw.

Cheers,

R.

How about getting as close to what you think it should have looked like? (I REALLY need a touch-up!) ;)

An interesting discussion might ensue discussing the viewpoints of Roger and you, RMM. Most of my own images look very little like what I saw, but they present what I saw as I want OTHER people to see it.

Does that make sense?

Remember that nobody is forcing you to be here. I think it's a great forum with some great members. Some just forget why we're here. Everybody is different, you might like what I don't like, and vice versa. I have learned more from this forum than anywhere else. Lets all just have fun here. Life's too short not too.
