I use Photoshop Elements and by using the histogram tool you can make it pop a bit. Your camera data was OK. It's hard to get a sharp subject over water. David
There should be no flat lines for dark or bright

Nice, Mike! I have some from the Chesapeake Bay, too, and the lighting is the same as yours. Just wasn't able to get good lighting.
