If you can live with a grey market camera, then looks like a good deal.
"Direct Import Item 1yr US Warranty via Seller"
Obviously grey market, but the seller's rating is about as good as it gets- 99.7%

Thanks for your reply. Your link is not working but I found your page using this link
http://getitdigitalscammers.blogspot.com/ This store has very good feedback so I do not think that I can have problems like in revew that you have sent me.
I'm a great believer in eBay as a good source of smaller accessories and arcane gear such as cables, etc. I bought and sold film era point and shoot cameras via eBay for years. I would, however, be reluctant to trust eBay as a source of gear such as high-end digital bodies and lenses unless I had personal experience with the seller and was highly confident as to how they would handle any problem or dispute. Bought a bogus $3,000 "Omega" watch from a thief in Austrailia once, but won't do that again.

Thanks for your reply. How can I have personal experience if I do not buy anything from them the 1-st time?

Their one year warranty is parts only, labor covered for 90 days. YOU have to "trust" them on the warranty because the won't put it in writing and Nikon will not work on that body in the USA even if you wanted to pay the full repair.

Thank you for your reply. If I buy refurbished camera from Nikon, B&H, Adorama or any other authorized dillers will I have a better warranty?

Nikon refurbs have a 90 day warranty. Plus, if you ever need service after that, Nikon USA will be happy to work on it forever.
Here's your problem: "Direct Import Item 1yr US Warranty via Seller." Nikon will act like this camera doesn't exist. No repair, no parts, no updating. How will their service techs get parts? Not from Nikon.
To save money, I buy refurbs, when available, and the price can vary from seller to seller.
