LOL are you sure the devil would eat them Jim. I like them but I'm not quite 72 yet so I'm just too young to know better. :-D :-D

This is a beauty!!! I find it neither abstract nor surreal. We can see the insect clearly, especially the web work of its wings. I do agree that you could blur in the vertical blob by the tail, but, other than that minor critique, it's a gorgeous portrait!

Keep stocking up on those lovely captures you do so well Doc and you will have a great archive setup for when the weather is not favorable. That's the time to get in on that PP. I do it here when its so blasted hot and humid it gets hard to breath outside or when its raining. Thanks again.
