119 was the nominal speed on four connections. 31 was the speed of the fifth. It indicates a possible slow down.
Mine was 27.51 and 14.11 - Comcast cable

Charter Net, Smith River, CA both download speeds:
Fastest Test 58.12
Slowest 52.59
Both .44 here! I could walk faster..
Nice communications! They don't even tell you whether they're measuring upload or download speeds. At any rate, assuming they're indicating DL speed, I'm typically just over 100 and this test was consistent with my results on Speedtest. I recommend Speedtest; faster, more clarity, and NON-POLITICAL
Thanks Jerry. I ran it and got an average over five tests of 32 MBPS on FIOS. For $10 more a month I can get it upgraded to 50 MBPS. I DON'T NEED IT, so why get it.
My slow was 8.12 and my fastest was 11.17. We use AT&T.

Retested just now on my PC. I did it on my iPhone the first time.
New test results:
Fastest 57.49 Mbps
Slowest 18.79 Mbps
However, of the 6 tests all were above 50 Mbps except one which was the slowest (18.79 Mbps.)
Now I don't feel so bad. :-)

I'm generally around 100-107 download speed measured on speedtest.net I have Time-Warner cable. A..hole company but provides good internet speeds.
Opening page says "we won strong Net Neutrality protections, banning Internet Service providers from blocking or throttling any website."
Don't you guys and gals have questions about that?
Who is "we"? Who is hosting this?
Also in 4 pages of posts few if any have quoted the speed they are paying for. That's the point of the test.
I must be doing something wrong. Fastest: 1.08Mbps Slowest: 1.05Mbps TWC
