It is hard at first but keep at it. You are doing well. My comments aren't critical criticisms, rather I hope suggestions that may help you out. 7D has a noisier sensor than newer cameras many on the forum shoot with. Not a big issue as long as you understand this limitation. I used to shoot with a T2i and noise was always an issue. To combat it - I always ran ISO 100, opened up aperture a bit, and increased flash power as needed to compensate. Try it out you may see an immediate improvement. Thank you for your kind comment, it is most appreciated.

The only thing I don't like about the 7D is the noise factor. I bought my husband the 70D, I will try that and see what happens. I appreciate any suggestions. Hopefully I will learn. Thank you , Terri
Nice !! A lot bigger than the tiny scorpions we have here in Georgia...Ours are really dark brown/black and less than an inch long...Wouldn't want to get stung by yours.... A sting from ours are like a bee sting.
Thank you Scott!!! Last year my daughter was stung by one. she had an allergic reaction. It took along time to heal. Terri
Looks like a giant hairy desert scorpion. Long pinchers means not very poisonous, short pinchers pack a whollup. used to catch those in Palm springs, CA.
