These shots are so good and realistic, they make me want to get up and turn my AC off!
I'm glad it was you and not me phil, but Man! Your wide angle of the Mackinac Bridge shot is to die for (just not by freezing)! The Canon 17-40mm was always my go-to lens for wide angle work before I sprung for the 16-35mm. My sister, who coincidentally lives in Northern Michigan, has it on permanent loan, so we try to keep the good stuff in the family.

Very interesting shots. As photos, I loved the composition, colors, and clarity of No. 4 the best.
