It was a fairly sunny, but cold day and the Bald Eagles were out doing their thing. The Eagles were about 49 yards away. 3 of the 4 photos were taken using the 600mm setting and the other one was at 500mm. These were hand held shots. Please try the downloads.

Great downloads! Another great series!

Regis,
You have a fine camera and a great lens, but, your technique must be exemplary! Wonderful shots, as usual!

Thank you, phlash46. Over the course of 50 years in photography, I have developed a style of photo quality that utilizes very few PP tools but used in the right sequences.

Thank you very much, gypsy02. Our Bald Eagles are just about ready to leave in their migration to warmer states. So, I am lucky to spend 6 weeks photographing these beautiful birds.

I really appreciate your wonderful comment, boberic. This is the first time I have photographed the Bald Eagles with my new Tamron 150-600mm lens. I am very happy with the results.
