I have already posted that I was thrilled to finally get my Nikon D7100 w/ a Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 lens.
So, I would love to know if you treated yourself to a new camera or lens that you have been wanting. And, why did you want it?

I got a Kenko teleplus pro 300 1.4x teleconverter for my D 7100(which I love & highly recommended) & a Intuos Pro Wacom tablet!

Good morning and Happy New Year.
Santa brought me the Tamron 150-600 lens for my D7000.
I've been impressed with pictures posted by several people here and wanted to get the same type of pictures. Although I like all types of photography, I really like landscape and wildlife pictures the most.

I got a new Nikon 24-70/2.8. I have the 17-55/2.8 that I use on a D7000 but I wanted the same for my D800e and the 24-70 gives almost the same focal range equivalent on a ff sensor.

MT,
So great to hear your store is doing so well.. The advantage of a professional photographer in house is one of the best reasons to shop locally. Congratulatios and continued success. Also, thank you for your contribution to this forum.

Nikon D810. Hubby and I had a D610 and D800. We gave our old D300 to one of his daughter's who is a very good photographer, but it gave out and was too $$$ to fix. So gave her the D610 and I was surprised with the D810. Love that camera!
