$2.28 here in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC. Prices seem to be dropping a few cents each day.
Taxes determine the price of gas. Federal tax is 18.4 cents/gallon and North Carolina state tax is 36.75 cents per gallon.

I paid $1.84 for a liter it has fallen dramatically over here.
I think it is stuffing the Russian economy big time as they rely on oil and gas for a major part of their revenue.

It's the taxes that our lovely governments put on the bloody gas. Along with everything else. Here they have a tax on everything. BUT I wouldn't want to live anywhere else ,so grin and bear.Right? Oh by the way 1.04 liter for regular.
