There is nothing fictitious about vital records, Frank. I am trying to figure out why you inserted yourself into this thread when it is obvious that you haven't a clue about it. You jumped in and insulted the original poster with an uncalled for comment and then proceed to infer that it was all a fraud. You should have never been in the conversation to begin with.
