Aren't you glad that its as good as it is? (Glad? is that some kind of a "feel good" word? no I'm not glad, it's a travesty)

Sure it could use some improvement. (Then improve it)

Too bad the Republicans want to just go back to business as usual. That's Government by Big Business (This from some egoist who calls himself "Big Wahoo" . It's business that let you get on this forum in the first place)

A wahoo is a fish and a very tasty one. The bigger the better. Doesn't hang around where you live it lives in warm water.

Don't know what that has to do with my ego.

Just more Conservative (Radical) name calling.

That's good to know. I'll look forward to eviscerating you and grilling you on charcoal.

Relax. All us conservative radicals aren't bad. We enjoy a good joke. :)

New York Steve who lives in Florida is trolling for attention. I like the big fat camera he is posing with.

Permit me to invite you to piss off.

Damn right you like the camera. That's a man's camera, which is something you'll never deserve...

Wow, let a guy step away for a few days...

This thread has dick to do with the ACA, Romneycare, Nancy Pelosi or anything else. It has to do with the conservative hypocrisy on display (and I'm far more conservative than liberal) with their criticism of Springsteen...

Yet everyone's giving Brown a pass...

Quote:
It may not have occurred to you that Mr. Brown did not choose the song. He was asked to sing along and may well have not known which song Mr. Springsteen chose utnil the moment it began, or perhaps he wasn't aware of the song's message.

Sorry, but that's not how it works. For an event like this one, one artist gets invited by another artist several days before the event. What's to be performed is discussed. I worked in the music industry for the better part of 20 years, and that's how it's done. The song choice isn't going to be a surprise.

And I'm not making the argument that Brown should be criticized. I'm making the argument that it's hypocritical not to criticize him if criticism is hurled at Springsteen (there's also not be a word said about Grohl, either). Both Dave Grohl and Zac Brown are smart guys. Only a complete fool would believe that they didn't know what the song was about...

But it is nice of you to have posted this, since it proves conclusively that supposedly diversity-loving liberals are perhaps the most intolerant people on the planet.

Liberal?

Me??

Let's discuss the 2nd Amendment or illegal immigration or my voting record. After those discussions let's see if you still think I'm a liberal...

Quote:
You all cannot seem to deal with differing opinions in any way except to belittle and denigrate those who disagree with you.

Again, since I'm hardly a lib, I'll simply attribute this statement to your profound level of ignorance and stupidity...

Quote:
Oh, and did it bother you at all that Eminem began his profane tirade by shouting "Happy Motherf**king Veteran's Day?" And this, to an audience that was filled with women and children. You seem to be so intent on discrediting conservatives that the sense of decency and propriety completely escapes you.

I didn't watch the concert. I was made aware of the Springsteen controversy well after the fact. I didn't even know Eminem was on the bill. But, since you asked, yeah, I think it's grossly inappropriate at best and disgustingly disrespectful.

You know, you might appear more intelligent if you stopped assuming you know someone's basis for making a post. I didn't watch the concert, and I never said I did. I asked about one part of it; a part which was being discussed, ad nauseum, on television and online. For you to assume anything is stupid.

Quote:
I'd be most happy to sit here in my home and do nothing in exchange for a $400,000 payment.

And you call ME a liberal? That's the liberal mantra right there: Do nothing and get paid for it. That's what YOU want to do.

You're obviously a closet liberal, which would explain not only your laziness, but your acute stupidity, as well...
