David, I must have missed your original post on this... Did you have laser or cataract surgery? Glad to hear you are doing well other than reaching to the wrong place :). I'm sure your "wiring" will adjust quickly and you will be comfortably back in the saddle. Great news. ;)

Wow! It's been a while since I have made any photos. Tonight, I am attending my first session after eye surgery. Although the doctor told me to use my left eye. Having worn coke bottle glasses for more than 60 years it feels strange not wearing glasses and I keep reaching to adjust something that's not there. My vision is almost 20/20 and getting better, it seems. My new dynamic range is incredible. I am really excited to begin shooting again. Thanks for all the good wishes.

Great news!!!!

Oh FX for sure. I bought 3 sets of nonprescription sunglasses today. A first for me. My lens is F/22...

That's great news David. I'm due for cataract surgery in December then, hopefully, I won't need corrective lenses.

Because if my significant correction, my doc set my expectations for continued glasses. But now, they're slim and skinny. And, if necessary I can shoot bare with the diopter correction. WOW! What a difference.
