Who said, 'Two wrongs don't make a right'? Even THREE wrongs. Nice shot.

I'm not going to push my luck and see if I can make four wrongs make a right. Thanks for looking and the compliment Joe.

He's a beauty! Nice photo too. Those zoo bars are a pain, aren't they? The Toronto zoo has a lot of glass around enclosures which is also a pain.

Last Monday I spent a few hours at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, most of it shooting the new lion cubs, but I did pass by the tiger exhibit while I was there and got this shot of a male Sumatran tiger.

All wrong #1 Shooting into the light.
All wrong #2 No fill flash.
All wrong #3 Shooting through a fence.

All right #1 The final image.
Considering all the wrongs, I think the final image turned out pretty good. What do you think?

Some times you just have to shoot and to heck with the rules. If you don't shoot it you don't get it. Great shot!

If that was as bad as it ever gets, I think we are all going to be OK at this job. Great capture.

Gorgeous shot! ... Humbly I would suggest the focus on the eyes instead of the nose for wildlife.

Thank you so much for the compliment DebAnn. He sure is a beauty. His name is Thomas and he has a twin brother, Conrad. I'm with you on glass being a pain. Fences and glass are the bane of any photographers existence.

Better to shoot and get a crappy shot, then to not shoot at all. Thankfully I didn't get a crappy shot. Thanks for looking and the compliment photojet.

Frodo, thanks for looking and your compliment. Humbly, I know to focus on the eyes but due do to circumstances beyond my control, to quote the Rolling Stones, " You can't always get what you want".
