Mine is not neatly in one place so the wife is complaining .I will only put inside a vacant bedroom when the grandchildren are coming. Can you suggest or can you tell how you do it?

I try to keep most of my stuff in a travel ready fishing duffel, one camera near my desk with 18-55 on it for when the kids are around, and the new G15 (had to replace my G-7) in a desk drawer for easy access if I want a walk around that's not too big, Bob.

I use several large plastic/vinyl coolers for camera bodies and lens with lots of moisture absorbing bead filled socks in each one.

Wife and I are long time empty-nesters. Wife has her quilting in one bedroom and our little studio and camera equipment in another one. Desk, shelves and gear all there.

This might sound a little odd but consider a lockable gun cabinet.

Excellent suggestion.

Converted the closet in a spare bedroom to nothing but shelves by putting in KV bracket holders and shelves. Each shelf is adjustable and holds photo albums, camera Eqpt, office supplies, computer Eqpt etc. This set up works out well and everything is in order. (Tried to include a pic on this but don't know how )

The bigger things are easy, its the smaller stuff that I use an old chest of drawers for.

I have a small chest of drawers, and I put a block of polyurethane foam with cutouts for bodies, lenses, filters, flashes in each drawer, so everything is protected, and I can tell at a glance if everything is where it should be, and if it isn't, to go find it and put it there.

I have a back pack with 2 cameras and 4 lenses etc. to go. Then I have Camera roll on with the rest. Tripods and monopods next to the roll on and a set in the van under the floor (With mud boots) in my van.

I keep mine in the Pelican cases that I use to transport the cameras and accessories. I have the Pelican cases stacked in one corner of the master bedroom. No one messes with them.

ditto! I have one pelican case for my D3200 and lenses and a second case for the D800 and lenses, and a 3rd for misc,
I think will get PVC piping and build a container for the tri-pod, then attach it on one of the cases, when I go on vacation I take every thing!! and also have a back pack for day trips

I purchased three aluminum cases at our local Harbor Freight Store for about $24.00, each. These cases come with padding that you can cut out for each of your camera's, lens, flash drives, etc. I keep all my photo equipment in them and they work just fine and store easily. For my Tripod, it simply stands up in my office out of the way.

I have carried my equipment in these cases all over Hawaii and the USA! They are rugged and work like those you see on some online camera websites for over a hundred dollars!
