Well, I am going to post a couple of my efforts to see what folks think.
These are pictures taken a few years ago in Grand Teton National Park north of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
One is of the Oxbow of the Snake River and Mount Moran. .
The other is of a Grizzly Bear taken that same day.
Thanks for looking.
Mount Moran
Grizzly Bear
Great shots......keep 'um comin'

Really like #1  #2 not so much, but I would be shaking in my boots being that close to Grizzly
Would like for the griz to have looked my way but then decided if he did, he might come my way!!! He was busy eating everything he could find as winter was on it's way and he had to get ready for hibernation.

Very good reason to whack the shudder and run..

Like the color contrast in the first shot, would level the horizon line though
Never tire of shots of the Tetons--from another Wyomingite.
Beautiful.
First shot is an absolutely wonderful scenic! Just seems a bit tilted.
Bear shot kinda looks like a still frame off a surveilance video though.

Great shots. Even though he did not look your way I will bet you he knew you were there and felt you were not a threat.
Hi Swamp Gator,
No, I took a series of pictures of the Griz. He was probably 100 hundred yards away so I cropped in order to try and enlarge him. I have quite a few more if you would like to see him before I cropped the photo. Lost some sharpness by cropping but thought folks might like to see him a little larger.
I would be happy to post some of the other photos if people would like to see what they could do to improve them.

1st one needs leveled, love the colors, just a touch to much HDR?? Bear is a blurry mess.
great shots, didn't know there was a mountain named after me. Love the reflections
Hi photojax,
I will go back into the album this photo is in and see what I can do with the horizon. Was hard for me to tell as there is some slope to the tree line as it comes down to the river.
I have included it, so let me know if you think this looks better. I hope what I did comes through
